BOOM MUSCLE, a unique blend of cardio and strength-based exercises. Enjoy an action-packed workout with moves to improve strength, endurance and optimize your body for sports and athletic activities. Class can last 30-45 minutes.
Each MOVE class includes: functional movements to improve activities for daily living exercises for cognitive health fall prevention training through balance, power, speed, agility, and coordination drills progressive intensity options to meet a variety of skill levels exercise adaptations for common chronic conditions.
