Vaughn Gage Center and 88 BLUE is a collaborative partnership between two dedicated organizations focused on empowering individuals with disabilities. Together, we provide a comprehensive range of employment, job training, and career development services to foster independence and long-term success.

We serve youth and adults with disabilities, supporting them at every stage of their career journey — whether entering the workforce, re-entering after a break, or advancing in their current field.

Our programs include:

On-the-job coaching and retention services

Registered Apprenticeship programs

A Registered Apprenticeship is a structured, U.S. Department of Labor-approved program that combines paid on-the-job training with classroom instruction. It leads to a nationally recognized credential, helping individuals gain valuable skills while earning income.

Eligibility typically requires that individuals: Are at least 18 years old Are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Some programs may have additional requirements (e.g., education level or background checks). We guide each applicant through the entire process.
